Taha Eghtesad joined the department of Computer Science at the University of Houston as a Ph.D. student in Fall 2018. He received a B.S. degree from Shahid Beheshti University, Tehran, Iran in Computer Engineering with a minor in Software Engineering. Currently, he is working as a research assistant under supervision of Dr. Aron Laszka. He is interested to work at the intersection of machine learning, game theory, cyber-physical systems, and systems security. In specific, he tries to build more secure cyber-physical systems using artificial intelligence and machine learning.
